Build the Bridge from Exclusion to Qualification
Inspire Together is a registered South African NPC working to reconnect excluded youth—particularly young women aged 18–35—to education, skills, and economic participation.
Across KwaZulu-Natal, especially in rural communities, thousands of capable young people remain locked out of opportunity simply because they did not complete Grade 12. Inspire Together exists to close that gap—not with promises, but with recognised learning, practical skills, and structured pathways forward.
We invite partners, funders, and stakeholders to work with us in building scalable, credible solutions that create real outcomes.

Why Funding Inspire Together Matters

Without matric, young people are excluded from:
  • Entry-level employment
  • Skills programmes and learnerships
  • Further education pathways

Young women are disproportionately affected due to socio-economic instability, early caregiving responsibilities, gender-based violence, teenage pregnancy, and poverty—factors beyond their control.

What We Do

Inspire Together delivers QCTO-aligned learning programmes that bridge youth back into opportunity.
Our core programmes include:
  • Workplace Essential Skills (NQF Level 4) – equivalent to Grade 12

  • Digital & Workplace Skills
  • Entrepreneurship Readiness
  • Artisanal pathway readiness
  • Soft skills and life skills development to build confidence, professionalism, and resilience
  • Work exposure and placement support through partnerships
Our programmes are delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS) supported by facilitators, ensuring accessibility, accountability, and scalability.

Who We Serve

Youth and young adults aged 18–35

Primarily young women, while remaining inclusive of all youth

Unemployed or underemployed individuals without Grade 12

Rural and peri-urban communities across KwaZulu-Natal
